The posters contain information about the idea of a welfare consultant, the contact details of the consultant, sources of funding and the motivational slogan #TrustHelpYourself encouraging people to help themselves solve their problems, through trust, turning to specialists. Often, people are not used to sharing their problems, which negatively affects their mental and emotional state, and psychological and emotional problems are often stigmatized in society. Therefore, people who have encountered problems are encouraged to understand that those who ask for help help themselves to solve problems, and not stay alone with them and get out of the closed circle of bad feeling.
